Hong Kong Raw Food Fans 香港生機飲食

I did a 28 days detox programme recently. During this 28 days, I had been eating raw food most of the time and I find both my body and soul greatly benefited from it. This is one of the greatest thing I have come across in my life.

I tried to look for some raw food information in Hong Kong and aware it is not well known and common to most of us. Therefore, I would like to start a raw food page and invite people who are raw food lovers to share our experience.

This is a page for those who love eating raw food, who have been benefited from it and who would like to give a try and experience the impact.

大家好, 我叫 Shaner. 歡迎瀏覽. 這 blog 是為喜歡 '生機飲食' , 受益或有興趣嘗試 '生機飲食' 的朋友而設. 早前我曾生食 28 天, 原本只抱著排毒試試看的心態, 卻驚覺無論在身體或心靈層面上都出現了變化. 身體上, 我覺得充滿活力, 皮膚改善了, 頭髮多了,看東西顏色鮮豔了, 吃東西味道更鮮味, 體重輕了, 小腿幼了. 心靈上, 我覺得很平安, 自信心高了,比以往更快樂.

我嘗試在網上找有關資料, 卻發現香港很多人還未聽過這種飲食方式, 所以希望透過這個部落格, 把喜歡'生機飲食' 的朋友連繫起來.

'生機飲食'是指進食新鮮蔬果, 果仁, 種子, 發芽穀物的飲食方式. '生機飲食' 並不一定是冷食, 其烹調方式一般為攝氏 40 - 46 度以下, 因生機飲食者認為超過這個烹調溫度會破壞食物中天然對人體有益的酵素.由於食物多未經加熱, 一般生機飲食者會選擇天然本地有機的無農藥食材.
